Using the Broker App

Any building with Carson can add a broker to the app. To get access, you will need to be added by the Property Manager or other Staff user at the building. Once they sign you up, you will receive a text and/or email invitation. Click here for instructions on how to sign up on the app.

Note: Brokers can still access the building by going through the Remote Doorman as they are listed in the system.

Once logged in, you will see the following dashboard:

FEATURES

Service Requests: Place requests for maintenance with management to the units you are assigned to. Learn more about placing Service Requests here.

Prospective Tenants: Add for 24 hours any guest to the building looking to rent or buy a unit. Prospective Tenants can either access the building through the Remote Doorman, or by themselves if they have a Digital Key. Learn more about Digital Keys here.

Live Camera Feed: View all cameras attached to the property in addition to opening the Front Door.

Property Management: View details of property access and contact the Property Manager at the building.

Events: RSVP and review details of any occasion being hosted by the property on the Carson app.
