Forgot your password? No worries - you can reset it in a couple of different ways depending on whether you’re signed in or signed out of the Carson App.
This article walks through the steps to reset your password from within the app while you’re signed into your Carson account. If you’re currently logged out, please see this article instead.

Note: In-App Password reset is for iOS-app only, Android App coming soon.
Step 1
From your Dashboard, click the drop-down menu on the top-left corner of the app.
Step 2
Click My Account.
Step 3
Click Set New Password.
Step 4
You will be prompted to add your new password and confirm it, and you will also need to provide your old password. Click Reset Password once you fill in all the passwords.
NOTE: Your password can’t include spaces, must be at least 8 characters and include letters and numbers.
Step 5
You will be logged out once your new password is set. Simply log back in again with the new password to get back into your Carson account.
