Signing out Deliveries for Residents

Go to admin.carson.live to access. You'll use the same user and password as you do on the app.

Step 1

Go to the Front Desk tab.

For Concierge users, this is your home page. For all other staff, the tab is available all the way to the left.

Step 2

You can view all pending pickups in the Open Deliveries list. You can also use the Resident Look Up tool to filter the list. To do so, search by unit or name and select the unit.

This will filter the Open Deliveries list to that unit only.

Step 3

From either view, click Sign Out for the delivery you wish to sign out.

Step 4

A pop-up will show all deliveries pending pick up for that unit. 

Select which deliveries you would like to sign out and click Sign out.

Step 5

The deliveries will no longer show in the Open Deliveries view.

Step 6

To view a signed-out delivery, click on Open Deliveries and change it to Closed Deliveries.

You can then select a delivery log to see the details or to undo the sign out.
