Carson connects with Eagle Eye to pull your building's camera's footage. To view historical footage, you will need to be logged in to Carson on your web browser.
Step One - Finding Your Cameras
Navigate to the Doors & Cameras tab, then click Camera History.
Step Two - Choosing the Camera
Under the Select camera drop-down menu, choose the camera you are looking to pull footage from.
Step Three - Reviewing Footage
You will be redirected to an archive of that camera. To find footage, select the date and time you are looking to review.
Use the timeline feature to go through footage. Pockets of gray on the timeline mean no footage was captured. Note: If your timeline has long periods of no footage, or you would like your camera to only record footage when there is motion detected, please reach out to your installer.
Change the duration of time shown on the timeline by navigating to the drop-down menu to the left of the Download button.
Step Four - Downloading Footage
To download your footage, click the Download button.
A pop-up will appear that auto-populates with the date and time you were reviewing; you can also edit the timeframe in the pop-up.
Footage will appear as a list of clips starting at the designated time stamp. Click Download on each one and they will download to your computer as .MP4s.
