Calling Residents from the Front Desk Dashboard

Go to admin.carson.live to access. You'll use the same user and password as you do on the app.

Step 1

Go to the Front Desk tab.

For Concierge users, this is your home page. For all other staff, the tab is available all the way to the left.

Step 2

Make sure your microphone access is enabled.

Step 3

Search for the resident you wish to contact using the Unit Lookup. You can search by name or unit.

Step 4

If the resident has a phone number in Carson, you will see the Call icon next to their name.

If the resident does not have a phone number in Carson, they cannot be called through the Front Desk Dashboard. 

Click the Call icon to ring the resident.

Press End to end the call.
