Go to admin.carson.live to access. You'll use the same user and password as you do on the app.
Step 1
Go to the Front Desk tab.
For Concierge users, this is your home page. For all other staff, the tab is available all the way to the left.
Step 2
Make sure your microphone access is enabled.
Step 3
Search for the resident you wish to contact using the Resident Look Up. You can search by name or unit.
From the search results, click the unit of the resident you would like to call.
Step 4
If the resident has a phone number in Carson, you will see the Call icon next to their name.
If the resident does not have a phone number in Carson, they cannot be called through the Front Desk Dashboard.
Click the Call icon to ring the resident.
Press End to end the call.
