Go to admin.carson.live to access. You'll use the same user and password as you do on the app.
Step 1
Go to the Front Desk tab.
For Concierge users, this is your home page. For all other staff, the tab is available all the way to the left.
Step 2
Click the Add Packages button.
This will open the Add Packages dashboard.
Step 3
Search for residents by name or unit. You can log deliveries from the same company for multiple residents at a time. Add delivery information and any comments.
Press Add & Notify Resident.
The delivery will then show in the Open Deliveries log and the resident will receive notification.
Step 4
You can click into a delivery to open up the details and review the comment.
To edit the comment, click on the text box and write your new comment. Then click Update and notify resident. The resident will receive a new notification with the updated notes.
