Step 1
Select Document Library from the side navigation under operations and then choose your property management company. |
Step 2
Select which building you'd like to add the document to |
Step 3
Select which folder you'd like the document to be added to. The residents folder is visible to everyone in the building: property managers, superintendents, board members, owners, tenants. |
Step 4
Select the Actions button in the top right corner then choose Upload new image or File. |
Step 5
Choose the Browse botton to search your computer for the file you want to upload. It can be a .jpeg or .pdf. Once you select the proper file press the Upload button. Your file will be added to the library and labeled with the same name as the file.
