Step 1
On your dashboard select Visitor Management.
Step 2
To add a new broker, select the plus sign (+) in the upper righthand corner.
Step 3
Select Add Broker.
Step 4
Enter the broker's name and contact info. If you want to limit the broker’s access to the building to only enter utilizing the Remote Doorman, leave off their phone number and email.
If you want to send the broker a Digital Key, add in their phone number and/or email address.
You may assign the broker to one or multiple buildings in your portfolio. You can also assign them access to units and common doors. If those units and common doors are integrated on Carson, the broker can open them if they have a Digital Key.
The "Valid Until" box may be left as-is for permanent access or you can select a date that the broker will have access until. You can always go back and expire a broker's access at any time.
Once you've filled out all the information you can select Add Broker to send the invite.
Once the broker signs up they will have the below dashboard. They will have the ability to open the doors in the buildings you've selected. They can view all the live camera feeds, view who sent them access under Property Management, add a service request for issues they might see while doing showings, and most importantly send prospective tenants an invite to Carson for self-guided tours.
