Step 1
When logged into admin.carson.live click the envelope on the top of the screen.
Step 2
To send a new message select + Create Thread on the top right of the screen.
Step 3
Set the Recipient Type to either Groups or People. Set the Recipient(s) to either the type of role or individual user.
Step 4
You then can type out your message in the text box on. To send press the blue Submit button. To attach a PDF or JPG select the blue paper clip.
You can choose to message an individual user or several distinct users under the Recipient type drop-down menu.
To message by the user type, change the Recipient Type drop-down to "Groups" and select the user role type you'd like to message.
Once you send your message will appear in blue on the right. Replies will show up in white on the left. Staff and residents can reply but only staff can reply to all, resident's replies will only show to staff.
