Resetting Your Password When Logged Out

Step 1

The below error message shows the password you entered is incorrect. To reset your password select Forgot password? below the blue login button.

Step 2

Enter the email or phone number you registered with. If you registered with a phone number add the country code +1 to the beginning of your number. Then press the blue Reset Password button.

Step 3

You will be brought back to the main login page and a confirmation message should show. A reset password email or text should come to your phone shortly after. If you do not get a text or email within 10 minutes please email [e-mail] with your full name and address.

Go the email or text on your phone and press the blue link: To enter a new password click here

Step 6

You will be brought to the app on a page where you can create a new password. Enter your new password twice and press the blue Reset Password button.

You'll then be re-directed to the main Carson features menu indicating you've successfully logged in.
