Moving Out Residents

Step 1

Select the Residents tab from the top of the horizontal toolbar. 

Step 2

Under the resident's tab, find the resident you want to remove (you can use the filter on the top to search for a name or unit). Select the red Move Out button or if there is a grey Actions button select that then the Move Out option from the dropdown.

Step 3

On the next page select the red Move Out button on the right end of the screen.

Step 4

Finally confirm the move out by pressing the red Yes, I'm sure button. Once pressed the resident will no longer show in Carson, they will no longer have access to the app, their visitors' access will expire, and our 24/7 remote doormen will no longer grant access on their behalf.
