Adding Residents

Go to admin.carson.live to access. Login with the same credentials as you do on the app.

Step 1

Select the Residents tab from the top of the horizontal toolbar. 

Step 2

Click the blue Actions button at the top of the page.

Step 3

Click Create Resident in the drop-down of the page.

Step 4

Enter the resident's full name, their email and/or cell phone number, select their unit, and enter the optional t-code if using Clickpay or Aptexx payments and optional photo upload, then press Submit. 

If the user has both their email and phone number attached to their account, they will receive an invite to both methods of communication prompting them to download Carson and register for the app. If they have only one form they will receive their invite to just that method.

Step 5

If you ever wish to re-invite your users in bulk, repeat Steps 1 and 2, then click Invite All Non-Registered in the drop-down menu.

You can also re-invite the individual user by find their profile on the Residents tab, click Actions on their account, and then Resend Invite.
