Step 1
Log in to the Carson web admin and click Service Requests under the left-hand Operations menu. You can also click on the Service Requests button in the horizontal toolbar toward the top of the page.
Step 2
Find the Service Request you wish to comment on and click anywhere along its entry to open it up.
Step 3
You will have the option of changing the status and priority of the ticket, as well as the ability to upload photos and add comments. Toggle the Staff Only box to make any comment viewable only by the staff users listed at the building.
If needed, you can export the details of the Service Request into an Excel or PDF file.
