Step 1
On your dashboard select Service Requests then find the service request you'd like to view and press anywhere on the request.

Step 2
Select the Comments tab on the Service Request.
Type out whatever message you'd like to send. If you'd like for your comment to only appear to other staff members then use the toggle Visible Only By Staff and ensure the send button turns black.
Once you've completed your message select the blue Send button.
Once sent, the resident will receive a notification.

Step 3
Your comment will then appear. If you want to update the status of the request to close it out select Status then select the new status. I'm choosing to mark the request as Resolved which will close out the request since it is complete.

Step 4
It will ask if you'd like to include a photo for proof of the job being completed. It is not necessary. I am choosing Skip since I don't want to include a photo. Once Skip is selected or a photo is added the request will be marked as resolved and no longer show in the pending service request tab.
