Adding Residents

Step 1

On your dashboard select Resident Management.

Step 2

To add a new resident select the + in the upper right hand corner.

Step 3

Fill out as much info on the resident as possible.

You must include their full name, unit, and their email or phone number.

When done filling out the info select the blue Add & Notify button at the bottom.

This will automatically add their info into Carson and send them an invite to download the app.

Step 4

You will then be brought back to the residents main page. You'll find the new resident there. 

In case they missed their invite, hit Resend Invite and they'll receive their invite again.
