The Community feed can be viewed at any time on the mobile app or web admin. Today moderation is only located in the web admin.
Moderation options can be enabled for all posts or a select type (Community Posts, Marketplace Items, or Recommendations). To learn more or have moderation enabled for your social Community feed, please contact us support@carson.live.
Step 1
Once logged in to Carson's web admin, select Community from the side operations menu.
Then select the Content Approval.
Step 2
This will take you to a listing of all posts on the Community feed. Unmoderated posts are auto-published and show an Auto status.
Any posts awaiting approval will show a Pending status.
Step 3
Click on the post description to view the full post.
Click the Pending button to then Approve or Deny the post.
You can also do this from the list view.
Step 4
If you Approve a post, the status will update to Approved and the post will then be publicly visible on the Community feed.
If you Deny a post, the status will update to Denied and the post will not populate to the feed for public viewing.
The resident will receive notification for Approved or Denied posts.
