User Access Levels

The Carson platform allows for different user types to be listed into the system for different permissions on the app. User roles in Carson are broken down into three categories:

• Staff: Handyman, Concierge, Superintendent, Property Manager, and Property Management Company Owner
• Resident: Tenant and Owner
  • Tenants and Owners functionally have the same permissions in Carson - it’s a label for management to distinguish who rents or who owns their unit. Owners can also be made Board Members which also maintains the same permissions
• Visitor: Visitor, Broker, and Prospective Tenant

✓ Feature is enabled for the user.

✓* Feature may be enabled by the Property Manager.

✓** Only the creator of the visitor can manage or update.
