Reissuing Access to Expired Visitor

Step 1

On your dashboard select Visitors.

Step 2

Change the filter of your visitors list to All or Expired to find the visitor, then click Apply.

Step 3

Select the expired visitor you wish to reactivated. Update the Valid Until date and choose a new date in the future when they will lose access. If you don't want to set a date you can choose Permanent which will keep this visitor active until you move out or choose to manually expire them later.

 

Step 3

Select Update Visitor once you are done changing the Valid Until date and any other changes you'd like to make.
