To create a post, you must first opt-in to your building's social Community.
Step 1
From your app Dashboard, select Community. Then press the + sign in the upper right hand corner to create a new post.
Step 2
Select which type of content you would like to share. There are 3 options available: Community Post, Marketplace Item, and Recommendation.
Use the Community Post option for general announcements, comments, or connections with neighbors.
Choose Marketplace Item to sell your stuff. With this option you can set an expected price and receive direct messages from neighbors looking to buy.
Ask for a Recommendation from your Community for anything from hair salons to the best route home from work.
Step 3
Once done, click Post and you'll see your new post on the Community feed! If that post type is not moderated, your post will be visible to other Community members immediately
If your building's Community is moderated, you'll see a notice on your post that it is "In Review". Once approved by your property manager or moderator, you'll get a notification on your app, the notice will disappear, and your post will then be visible to the other members.
