Adding the Open Door Widget - Android

If you're looking for the quickest way to open a door from the Carson app, we recommend installing the Open Door widget. When selected, the widget takes you directly from your home screen into the door selection menu of the Carson app.

To install the widget, please be sure you already have the main Carson app installed and are logged in.

Step 1:
Press down on your home screen until a settings menu pops up. Select "Widgets" from the menu.

Step 2: 

Scroll down or search for Carson.

The widget is available in 2 formats. Tap the version of the widget you wish to add, then click Add to add it to your home screen. You can move the widget to any homescreen page once added. 

    

Step 3:

You can now press the widget to be taken directly to the door selection menu of your Carson app.
