Setting up a new Carson account with ButterflyMX

If you already have signed up with ButterflyMX you can skip to step 3.

If you already have Carson and Butterfly set up view how to link the accounts here.

There is no need to download the ButterflyMX app to receive calls from the ButterflyMX intercom to the Carson app.

Step 1

You should receive an email invite from both ButterflyMX and Carson. You will need to register an account with both but it doesn't matter which order. For this guide we will start by registering with ButterflyMX

Please go to the ButterflyMX email and select Get started.

Step 2

Fill out a password you'd like to use for your ButterflyMX account and then press Continue. You can then exit this page.

Step 3

Return to your email and select the Carson invite. Scroll down and select Set Up My Carson Account.

Step 4

To download the Carson app select Get the Carson App at the bottom of the next screen which will bring you to the app store or google play store. Download the app then select Open.

Step 5

You should be brought to the registration page on Carson with your email already entered. Create and confirm a password then select the blue Sign Up button. Confirm your information is correct on the next page,  toggle the button to the right of the Terms & Conditions after viewing, then press Confirm.

Step 6

You now successfully have a Carson account. The screen you are now on is to link it to your ButterflyMX account. Enter your email and the password you created previously to link. Then press the purple Sign In with email button. On the next screen select the purple Authorize button. You will be brought to the Carson dashboard.
