Linking your existing Carson and ButterflyMX accounts

These instructions are for residents who are already using Carson and BMX. If you need to set up a Carson or ButterflyMX account please view these instructions.

Step 1

Log into Carson. Select the button above the open door button that says "Click here to associate your ButterflyMX account with Carson"

Step 2

You'll be prompted to review the connection. Tap Connect my account.

Step 3

Enter the email and password associated with your ButterflyMX account, then press Sign In with email.

Step 3

You'll be prompted to authorize your ButterflyMX account with Carson. Tap Authorize to do so.

Step 4

You'll have successfully connected your ButterflyMX account your Carson account when you are re-directed back to Carson.
