Getting the App and Signing Up

To ensure residents' security on their accounts, you are only able to sign up for Carson through an email or text invite that is sent to you. Do not download the Carson app prior to receiving this invite link.

Step 1

You will receive an invite to download the app.

At the bottom of the email press the Set Up My Carson Account button.

Step 2

It will ask you if it's okay to open the App Store/Google Play. Select Open.

Step 3

This will bring you to the app store or google play. From here if you don't have the app already you can press Get or on Google Play press Install.

If you already have the Carson app installed press open.

Don't go directly to the app if it is already installed to sign up. You need to go through the invite.

Step 4

Once the app is installed it will open and bring you to the registration page. It will have the email or phone number you were invited with in the first line. 

Choose a safe password and press the blue Sign Up button to create your Carson account.

Step 6

You will be prompted to complete your registration. You can add a phone number if you signed up with an email or vice versa. You must accept our terms & conditions as well.

To complete this stage press the blue Confirm button at the bottom.

Step 7

You will then be brought to your Dashboard and you can start using your Carson app.
