Taking Intercom Calls (Pre-iOS 26)

Visitors can call you from the building front door intercom and the call will go directly to your mobile phone. Below are instructions on how to answer the call and let your visitor in.

Step 1

The call will appear on your phone, slide the circle to answer the call and get audio with the person at the intercom.

Step 2

Once the call has started press the Carson button on your screen.

Step 3

If your phone is locked you will be required to unlock using Touch ID, your passcode, or Face ID.

Step 4

You will then be brought to Carson and continue the call with both audio and video. If you want to let the person at the front door in press Unlock door.

Step 5

Once you are done with the doors and speaking to the person on the other end you can press the red X to complete the call.
