Signing Out Your Packages

Some buildings track deliveries and allow residents to confirm pick ups. This way you always know the status of your delivery. 

To confirm a delivery pick up, follow these directions below: 

Step 1

Your building staff will receive packages from couriers and use our system to log the delivery. They can include notes to specify the location of the package or other details. 

Step 2 

You will receive a notification on your Carson app or via email or text depending on your notification preferences.

Step 3 

At your convenience, come to the designated location for delivery pick up. If your building staff is on duty they may sign your package out in the system. If not you can confirm your pick up using your Carson app. 

First select the package(s) you wish to pick up. 

 

Once your pickup is confirmed, the delivery will move the past “Past pickups” screen for the next 30 days.
