Step 1
Select Amenity Reservations from the Dashboard.
Step 2
Reservations awaiting response will show as a Pending status. Select the reservation you'd like to review.
Step 3
Review the reservation details and click on Status to update, or select Cancel Reservation to cancel.
Select Approved or Denied.
Step 4
The reservation will now show with the new status and the resident will receive notification of the status update.
You can go back into the reservation to cancel or update the status at any time.
