Step 1
Go to the Amenities tab.
Step 2
Amenity reservations that are awaiting response will show as a Pending status.
Select the reservation to view the details.
Step 3
Update the Status to Approved, Denied, or Cancelled and press Save.
This can be also done from directly from the list view.
Step 4
The reservation will now show with the new status and the resident will receive notification of the status update.
You may go back and change the status at any time.
