The Community feed can be viewed at any time on the mobile app or web admin.
Step 1
Once logged in to Carson's web admin, select Community from the side operations menu.
Then, select the Community you would like to view.
This will bring you to the main feed for the Community.
Step 2
To add a new post to the feed, click the Add New button and select which type of post you'd like to add. There are 3 kinds of posts on Community: Community Post, Marketplace Item, and Recommendation.
Use the Community Post option for general announcements, comments, or events.
Choose Marketplace Item to post items for sale or new units available to rent. With this option you can set an expected price and receive direct messages from interested residents.
Ask for a Recommendation from the Community to gather opinions for new improvements or features for the property.
Step 3
Click Post once you're ready and your post will populate in the Community feed. If content moderation is enabled for that post type, you'll need to approve the post under Content Approval for it to be visible by Community members. (Read more about Content Moderation here.)
